The senators, on Wednesday, unveiled their 844 page immigration reform bill named “Border Security, Economic Opportunity, and Immigration Modernization Act of 2013”, calling for border security as the basis of immigration reform. This immigration reform bill was sponsored by Senator Charles Schumer, D-N.Y., and co-sponsored by the other seven members of the Gang of Eight and a Judiciary hearing on the bill has been scheduled for Friday.
